1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:

The item was not delivered within the estimated timeframe (excluding delays caused by courier services).
2. Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

Products marked as “Final Sale”, perishable goods, cosmetics, innerwear, or customized items are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
