Returns & Refund Policy

At Maithra, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness to our suppliers and resellers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The product significantly differs from its description.

  • The item was not delivered within the estimated timeframe (excluding delays caused by courier services).

 

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

 

3. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”, perishable goods, cosmetics, innerwear, or customized items are not eligible for return.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Incorrect size selection (unless platform error).

  • Minor color differences due to screen display variations.
